The Administrative Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to the Center for Care Coordination. Essential function of this role include: Updating client information in various systems; Screening incoming telephone calls; Assisting with monthly mailings; and Client Chart and Database upkeep. 
Qualified Candidate will have an Associate’s degree in in Secretarial Science and two (2) years of experience as a secretary, receptionist or other clerical position, preferably in a non-profit setting; OR Equivalent combination of training and experience. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally, be familiar with MS Office software (Outlook and Word, essential), and demonstrate strong integrity, responsibility and confidentiality. Sensitivity to HIV/AIDS and lifestyle issues is essential. 

Job Type: Full-time

Required education: Associate’s (plus 2 years experience)

Required experience: Secretary, receptionist or other clerical position, preferably in a non-profit setting

Additional requirements: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally; Familiarity with MS Office software (Outlook and Word, essential), and Demonstration of strong integrity, responsibility and confidentiality
