The Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with daily operations, including scheduling meetings/meeting rooms and processing invoices. They will be responsible for budget tracking, ordering/stocking marketing materials throughout the agency and providing general event support, as needed. They will also be responsible for maintaining the ticketing system, in the absence of the Project Coordinator.
Qualified Candidate will have an Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and one (1) year of experience in an administrative role in an office setting; OR an Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field and three (3) years of experience in an administrative role in an office setting; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally, exhibit strong attention to detail, be familiar with MS Office software (Outlook and Word, essential), and demonstrate ability to meet deadlines. Sensitivity to HIV/AIDS and lifestyle issues is essential.
