The Client Services Manager is responsible for the development and management of the intake and scheduling processes for Mental Health and Substance Use Services and the supervision and scheduling of the administrative/reception staff in these programs. The Client Services Manager develops and implements workflows specific to conducting intakes for all new clients of Mental Health and Substance Use Services, and ensures that scheduling procedures are adhered to by front desk staff. They will collaborate with and support team members to ensure a client focused approach to care. 
Qualified Candidate will have an Associate degree or equivalent in a related field; Two (2) years of experience in the healthcare field; Two (2) years utilizing Electronic Medical Record software, preferably Medent; and experience with staff training and supervision.
