Program Assistant (Community Access Services)
The Program Assistant provides for all clerical support and administrative organization for Community Access Services. The Program Assistant works closely the Program Manager, Administrative Assistant and Executive Director in reviewing and handling matters related to the program functions. The Program Assistant will provide customer service to clients and visitors, answer phones, process mail, enter program data to databases and implement general office procedures, developing improvements, where needed, to ensure efficiency.
Qualified Candidate will have a High School Diploma, or Associate’s degree (preferred) in Office Administration or related field AND Two (2) years minimum clerical support, or receptionist experience in an office setting; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally; and Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure/tight deadlines. Sensitivity toward cultural diversity, HIV/AIDS and lifestyle and addiction issues essential.
