The Program Manager oversees the monitoring and evaluation of multiple grant programs with varying requirements offered by to ensure the completion of projected services and fulfillment of performance outcomes. The Program Manager conducts administrative functions to support the day-to-day operations of the programs, working closing with the Executive Director to monitor and evaluate the implementation of programs. The Program Manager oversees the execution of client-level programs by staff members in order to ensure that implementation is according to protocol and fulfills the performance outcome measures established by contract funders; Schedules and conducts Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities for funded activities, including review of program documentation, in-person observation of client-level services by staff, and Quality Improvement projects; and maintains data accuracy, consistency and reporting.
Qualified Candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Services or related field AND minimum two (2) years related experience providing services directly to clients or managing prevention/health programs. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally; and Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. Sensitivity toward cultural diversity, HIV/AIDS and lifestyle and addiction issues essential.
