The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for all receptionist functions within the Center for Care Coordination, providing excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk. The receptionist screens telephone calls and responds to inquiries, maintain staff sign-in/out records, maintains office equipment such as copiers and postage meters and acts as key operator, ensures waiting area is clean and supplied with coffee and materials at all times and assists clients as needed (e.g.: translation services).

Qualified Candidate will have an Associate’s degree in secretarial science and two (2) years of experience as a secretary, receptionist or other clerical role, preferably in a non-profit setting; OR an equivalent combination of training and experience. Candidate must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally, and familiarity with computers and MS Office software (Outlook, Word) necessary. Sensitivity toward cultural diversity, HIV/AIDS and lifestyle and addiction issues essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Required education: Associates (plus 2 years experience) ; OR equivalent combination

Required experience: Clerical, Receptionist, etc. (in non-profit setting, preferred)

Additional requirements: Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish; Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
