Training Support Assistant
The Training Support Specialist supports Training and Talent Management efforts for the Evergreen Association, along with Corporate Compliance. Responsibilities for this role include Assisting in the planning, coordination, development and implementation of training and compliance programs; Coordinating and scheduling staff trainings; Learning Management Systems administration; and maintaining records.
Qualified Candidate will have an Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field, AND two (2)years experience in employee development, corporate compliance and/or related career field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally, exhibit strong attention to detail and organization skills, be able to work independently, and work collaboratively with other departments. Sensitivity to HIV/AIDS and lifestyle issues is essential.
