Since 1983, when Evergreen Health, formerly known as AIDS Community Services, was founded by a passionate group of volunteers, we have been committed to ending the HIV and AIDS crisis in Western New York. Forty years later, we continue to care for people living with HIV and have expanded our healthcare services and staff to meet the needs of our community. What was once a small but mighty nonprofit has now grown to over 500 (and counting) staff members who provide medical, behavioral and supportive services at Evergreen Health.

We are excited to share Evergreen’s new marketing campaign with our community. This campaign serves as an extension of our model of care, and is a renewed commitment to providing patients with UNCONDITIONAL love, care, access, support and advocacy. From people of trans experience to people who use drugs, people with developmental disabilities and kids of all ages and life experience.  We honor everyone’s journey and provide access to affordable healthcare in an environment that is inclusive, respectful and judgment-free.
