Back-to-school is around the corner, and Evergreen is here to help your student get ready!

We’re accepting new pediatric patients at 800 Hertel Ave: our newly updated Buffalo location that features kid-friendly rooms, caring pediatric providers, and convenient health and wellness services for the whole family.

We believe engaging young patients in positive health care experiences early on sets the scene for their lifelong health and wellness. That’s why we’ve recently updated our pediatric care rooms to be welcoming, beautiful and fun for kids!

Our pediatric care rooms feature colorful murals, and our waiting room is stocked with coloring pages, stickers, books and more to make going to the doctor’s office comfortable and rewarding for young patients.

Our pediatric care services

We offer comprehensive pediatric care, including annual well visits, vaccinations and sick visits. Our pediatric providers specialize in providing affirming care for children and understand the unique health and wellness needs young patients experience as they grow.

We’re also proud to participate in Reach Out and Read: a program that provides children with age and culturally appropriate books so that every child we serve has access to the developmental benefits of reading.
