Evergreen Health’s pediatric providers understand the unique health and wellness needs of young patients, and our colorful pediatric offices at 800 Hertel Ave. are welcoming for the whole family.

We provide comprehensive pediatric care for newborns and up, including:

• annual well visits
• vaccinations
• sick visits

Pediatric patients can continue seeing their provider as an adult primary care patient when they turn 18—no need to transfer to a different practice.

What are our pediatric offices like?

We believe engaging young patients in positive healthcare experiences early on supports their lifelong health and wellness.

Our pediatric offices at 800 Hertel Ave. in Buffalo are welcoming for kids, with bold murals, coloring pages, stickers, books and more that make going to the pediatrician fun.

We have several physicians who are certified through the OPWDD (Office of People with Developmental Disability) to provide affirming care for children with developmental disabilities.

We participate in Reach Out and Read by providing our pediatric patients with age and culturally appropriate books so that every child we serve gets access to the developmental benefits of reading.
