STI Testing

Testing is quick and easy at Evergreen. Our Buffalo and Jamestown offices accept both walk-ins and appointments for gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia screenings. A testing nurse will simply ask you about your health and answer any questions you have, and then you can decide which type of test you receive. You’ll know your results in one week. Note: Testing is available for individuals who are 16 and older.

PrEP

Prevent HIV with PrEP (short for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), a prescription drug that, when taken every day, greatly reduces your risk of getting HIV by blocking the virus. PrEP is for any individual who wants to take control of their health and reduce the risk of becoming HIV positive. Most people can start PrEP within one week and pay $0 out of pocket. Hepatitis C Care

Hepatitis C often doesn’t have any symptoms, so the only way to know if you have hepatitis C is to get tested. If you have a positive test, we can help you begin your treatment and learn how to manage your symptoms. Our goal is to provide the support you need so you can cure your hepatitis C. Don’t have insurance or worried about cost? Most services are low-to-no cost to you, and if you don’t have insurance, our Financial Counseling Center team can help find a plan that works for you. We are dedicated to helping you receive the care you need.
