Mental Health Services

Evergreen Health’s mental health services are here to help you address your mental health concerns and meet your goals. Our caring team of mental health professionals will meet you where you are and partner with you to create a treatment plan around your whole-person needs and goals.

If you have mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic health issues, or other concerns, our team of mental health professionals is here to help. We provide culturally competent care to anyone seeking support with their mental health, including people seeking trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care and gender affirming care evaluations.

Depending on your needs and goals, your treatment plan can include:

  • individual counseling or therapy
  • group counseling
  • psychiatry
  • evaluations for gender-affirming hormone therapies and surgeries
  • co-occurring mental health and substance use counseling
  • linkage to other resources and psychiatric services
  • referrals for ADHD and autism testing and treatment

Mental health services can be in-person or virtual where clinically appropriate.
