Dining Out For Life 2024: a fundraiser for HIV services at Evergreen Health
Dining Out For Life is the most rewarding meal you’ll have all year. DOFL is a fundraising collaboration between Evergreen Health, restaurants throughout Western New York and diners like you, that supports services for people living with HIV.
Dining Out For Life raises over $4.5 million for HIV care each year, and last year our Western New York chapter of DOFL raised over $100,000 to support people living with HIV right here in our community.
All YOU need to do to support Dining Out For Life is to dine out at a participating restaurant on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, and the restaurant will donate a generous portion of your bill to HIV services at Evergreen. You can also donate directly to support HIV services at Evergreen Health. Donations made throughout the month of October 2024 will be entered to win raffle prizes!
Evergreen Health has been a leading provider of HIV treatment, prevention and supportive care since 1983. With help from HIV services at Evergreen, people living with HIV throughout Western New York are able to live full, healthy lives.

At Evergreen, caring for the health of our patients with HIV is about more than just medical care. Our supportive services and programs for patients living with HIV help them live their fullest, healthiest lives:
- nutrition education program and food assistance
- retention and adherence program to help patients living with HIV reach and keep an undetectable viral load
- assistance with transportation and housing
- care coordinators who work together with patients living with HIV to create the best care plan for them
- social support and services for adults aging with HIV
- prevention education, PrEP, outreach and safer sex supplies for people at risk of acquiring HIV

Evergreen Health: 40+ years of unconditional care for people living with HIV
Evergreen Health, founded in 1983 under the name AIDS Community Services, has been providing unconditional care to underserved communities for more than 40 years. We started as a small but mighty team of volunteers who gathered in 1983 to support Western New Yorkers who were affected by the then-emerging HIV and AIDS crisis.
Today, Evergreen continues to provide unconditional care to people living with HIV and to our entire community, and we couldn’t do it without your support. Every donation made through Dining Out For Life, or donated directly to HIV services at Evergreen, improves the lives of people right here in our community – we thank you so much for your support.
