All Evergreen Health locations, the Pride Center of WNY and Community Access Services will close at 12pm Tuesday, December 24, and will remain closed Wednesday, December 25. We will reopen Thursday, December 26 for regular business hours.
Imagine a future where all Western New Yorkers have access to affordable healthcare. Imagine that care happening in a place where everyone is welcome. A place that offers inclusive, compassionate and judgment-free care that honors the unique past, present, and future of every patient. And gives others a chance to lead healthier lives no matter who they are.
Now imagine making it all happen.
Donating to the Evergreen Health Foundation means caring for those who help care for others. Your gift will sustain programs, resources and tools that are reimagining how healthcare gets done so everyone, and anyone, can become a more vibrant version of who they truly are. That’s because your gift gives better at Evergreen.

“I learned how to live my healthiest life with HIV and how to tell other people to get treated. I want to tell them to never lose hope. I’m so thankful for Evergreen Health because it saved my life.”
“The people here treated me with respect. I came to Evergreen, sought treatment, and enrolled in counseling. And today I’m studying to become a nurse. I couldn’t have done it without the staff at Evergreen.”
“I never expected to become homeless. I began using drugs, which made it harder to find a place to stay. I got connected to Evergreen’s housing program. Now I’m living in the apartment of my dreams – it’s safe and stable. I have cleaned up my life and I owe it to the folks at Evergreen.”
