Meet our new Primary Care provider
We’re excited to introduce Stephen Gabor, PA, who has joined our 206 S. Elmwood Primary & Specialty Care Team! Stephen attended Daemen University, has lived in Buffalo his whole life, and is a Buffalo Bills fan.
He is passionate about providing high-quality care to our patients. He will be providing Adult Primary Care and Gender Affirming Care. He is now accepting new patients and is looking forward to meeting you!

Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month
March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, an event to raise awareness about the third most common cancer in the United States. If you’re over 45, you should get screened regularly to protect your health. Contact your primary care provider or care coordinator for a referral or to learn about take-home screening options at 716.847.2441.
National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month
March is National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, an event that highlights the many ways people with disabilities come together to form diverse communities, as well as the barriers that people with disabilities face.

Trans Day of Visibility: March 31
