Evergreen Health and our affiliate Community Access Services are members of FeedMore WNY and offer walk-in grocery assistance at two Food Pantry locations in Buffalo:

Food Pantry at 206 S. Elmwood Ave.

Serving eligible Evergreen Health patients and residents of the 14201 zip code

Mondays: 9:30 – 11:30am
Tuesdays: 1 – 3pm
Thursdays: 1 – 3pm
Fridays: 9:30 – 11:30am

Walk in to the lobby of 206 S. Elmwood Ave. during Pantry hours and complete the short intake with our pantry representative to receive groceries. Eligible patients and 14201 residents can receive grocery assistance every 30 days.

Food Pantry at 3297 Bailey Ave.

Serving eligible Evergreen Health patients, Community Access Services clients, and residents of the 14215 zip code

Monday—Thursday: 10am—1pm and 2pm—3pm

Walk in to the lobby of 3297 Bailey Ave. during Pantry hours and complete the short intake with our pantry representative to receive groceries. Eligible patients and 14215 residents can receive grocery assistance every 30 days.
